Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

Please ensure that you review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos and unboxing video proof.

After verification, we may offer:
• Replacement (if applicable)
• Store credit (if applicable)

No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Refusal to accept delivery
